OPTICAL PROJECTOR

1) Turn on power.

2) Turn on the light.

3) Turn digital readout.

4) Place part on the table and focus the image of the part.

5) Measure as follows:

A) LENGTH
1) Place cross lines at start of the length to measure.
2) Press either X or Y then press enter to set display to zero.
3) Move cross lines to the length to be measured.
4) Read the length on the display>

B) ANGLE
1) Place cross lines on the surface to measure the angle from.
2) Rotate cross lines to the angled surface.
3) Read angle on the display.

C) CURVE
1) Place the sensor probe attachment on the screen.
2) Place sensor probe in the hole on the sensor attachment.
3) Move the sensor to the bright area and press the bright button on the Optieye
E1.
4) Move the sensor to the dark area and press the dark button on the Optieye E1.
5) Move sensor to the curve to be measured.
6) Press the Curve button.
7) Press the Auto button.
8) Measure the curve in 10 places moving the sensor from the dark area to the
light area.
9) Read the radius of the curve from the display.

6) Turn the light and power off.
