FIVE DAY MID-YEAR IN-SERVICE TRAINING on INTEGRATED
CURRICULUM FOR CEBUANO LEARNERS TO ENGAGE FOR BETTER
UNDERSTANDING (GAD-based IC CEBU) AND ORIENTATION OF
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM

OCTOBER 21-25, 2019

These five-day In-Service Training intends to capacitate the teachers

with the knowledge on GAD-based IC CEBU for there could be a great
innovative way of teaching and learning in the classroom. This is an
intervention to respond to the learning needs of the Cebuano Learners.
Cogon Elementary School teachers joined the said training for they
believed that such training would be a great avenue for improvement in
their performance. They earnestly listened to the speakers and
wholeheartedly performed all the task given.
Teachers shared positive feedbacks and learnings derived from the
five-day In-Service Training.
Thus, the training was a success!

DISTRICT PPST-RPMS REORIENTATION ROLL-OUT FOR SCHOOL
YEAR 2019-2020

MAY 16-18, 2019

These three-day training intends to capacitate the teachers with the

knowledge on PPST-RPMS. This would further equip the teachers on the
improvement of their performance as classroom teachers for it focuses on
the different techniques and strategies that the teachers could apply in their
everyday instruction.
Cogon Elementary School teachers joined the said training for they
believed that such training would be a great avenue for improvement in
their performance. They earnestly listened to the speakers and
wholeheartedly performed all the task given.
Teachers shared positive feedbacks and learnings derived from the
five-day In-Service Training.
Thus, the training was a success!

FIVE DAY TRAINING on the DISTRICT ROLL-OUT of the ENHANCED
SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN 2019

SEPTEMBER 17-21, 2019

These five-day In-Service Training intends to capacitate the SPT

members with the knowledge, skills, attitude, and values as contributory
factors to a workable, efficient, and effective Enhanced School
Improvement Plan.
Cogon Elementary School representatives headed by our active
school head, Mr. Edgardo M. Allego; PTA President, Mr. Bernie Toňacao;
SPG President, Ms. Angel Blanco; and our School Faculty President, Mrs.
Loida A. Albaňo joined in the said training. They attentively listened to the
speakers and wholeheartedly performed all the task given
Good feedbacks and learnings from the training were heard from the
participants.
