Go Shop 6th Anniversary Spend & Win Contest 2020

Terms and Conditions:

1. This contest known as the “Go Shop 6th Anniversary Spend & Win Contest 2020” (“Contest”) is
organized by Astro GS Shop Sdn Bhd (201401005001 / 1081077-X) and known as “Go Shop” (“Go
Shop”) and is open to all registered customers of Go Shop who are aged 18 years and above as
at the date of commencement of the Contest (“Customers”). Permanent and/or contract
employees of Go Shop or the Astro group of companies are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

2. The Contest will be held between 25 October 2020 to 25 November 2020 (“Contest Period”). The
winners of the Contest (“Winners” and each a “Winner”) will be selected on 12 December 2020 in
accordance with Para 5 below.

3. During the Contest Period, Customers who complete a purchase of any product(s) from Go Shop
with a minimum Total Invoice Value of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) in a single Order
(“Eligible Order”) shall be entitled to one (1) entry (“Contest Entry”).

“Total Invoice Value” means the total amount (inclusive of any applicable tax but less applicable
discounts, rebates and/or redemption of existing Go Points, if any) stated in Go Shop’s sales
invoice invoiced by Go Shop to a Customer for payment of an Order.

“Order” means one (1) order submitted or placed by a Customer to Go Shop to purchase any
product(s) from Go Shop.

4. Customers shall be entitled to one (1) Contest Entry for each Eligible Order completed during the
Contest Period. For avoidance of doubt, in the event of any returns or refunds on any Order which
reduce the Total Invoice Value of the respective Order to below RM100, that Order will not be
considered as an Eligible Order.

5. How to win? During Go Shop’s 6th anniversary live show (“Live Show”) on 12 December 2020 at
9am to 12pm (subject to change at Go Shop’s discretion), Go Shop shall select six (6) Eligible
Order numbers and contact the corresponding Customer via telephone call. The Customer will be
required to answer the telephone call and to correctly answer 2-3 questions on Go Shop and/or the
Live Show within any given time limit in order to win the Prize (detailed in Para 6 below). Customers
are advised to tune into the Live Show.

6. Customers who are contacted and correctly answer all questions within any given time limit during
the Live Show shall be selected as Winners and shall be entitled to receive the following prizes
(“Prizes” and each a “Prize”), whereby the Winners will be selected in ascending order (6th place,
5th place and so on):

7. Customers shall not be entitled to win more than one (1) Prize under the Contest. In the event that
a Customer has already won a Prize and subsequently Go Shop selects an Eligible Order number
relating to the same Customer, the selection will be voided and Go Shop will select the next Eligible
Order number. In the event that the winning Eligible Order number is cancelled or returned, Go
Shop is entitled to disqualify the respective Winner and the respective Prize be forfeited.

8. The final list of Winners will be announced on Go Shop’s website at

https://www.goshop.com.my/company/announcements within 5 working days from the Live Show.

 The selection of Winners shall be final and no correspondence, queries or appeals shall be
entertained.

9. The Winners will be notified by Go Shop via e-mail or telephone call within fourteen (14) days from
the Live Show and Winners will be requested to provide further details for the purposes of prize
delivery or collection. Any Winner who fails to provide all details requested by Go Shop will be
automatically disqualified and the Prize be forfeited.

10. Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. Go Shop reserves the absolute
right to substitute the Prizes with items of similar value at any time with or without prior notice. Go
Shop shall not be responsible for any installation required for the Prizes (if any).

11. By taking part in this Contest, all Customers are deemed to agree and be bound by all the terms
and conditions of this Contest and all decisions by Go Shop are final and binding. Only Customers
that fulfil the Contest terms and conditions will be eligible to win any Prize and Customers that fail
to fulfil the Contest terms and conditions will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without
notice.

12. The posting of any illegal or prohibited content by a Customer on Go Shop’s Facebook page,
Instagram profile or TikTok profile may, in Go Shop’s sole discretion, result in the disqualification
of a Customer. In addition, Go Shop reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal
action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation,
removing the offending posts or comments and reporting such violators to the appropriate legal
authorities.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, contents which, in Go Shop’s sole judgment and
own discretion:
12.1 is offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, politically
religious agendas, inflammatory religious content, violence, foul language, bigotry, hatred
or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
12.2 harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
12.3 involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” “spam,” or any other unsolicited
mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication;
12.4 includes any information that the participant knows is false or misleading, promotes illegal
activities or conduct that is abusive, or is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
12.5 constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted or
copyrightable work, including, but not limited to, pirated computer programs or links to
them, information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, pirated
pictures, music or links to pirated files;
12.6 displays obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
12.7 includes material that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
12.8 provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal
weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
12.9 is found offensive, obscene, indecent or improper as specified in the Content Code of the
Malaysian Communications & Multimedia or any other relevant laws.

13. Acceptance of a Prize awarded under the Contest constitutes permission to use each Winner’s
name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further notice or compensation, unless
prohibited by law and subject to the Data Protection provisions below.

14. By participating in the Contest, you, the Customer, is deemed to have read, understood and agreed
to the terms and conditions herein on Personal Data Protection prior to entering this Contest:

14.1 Go Shop will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you
may subsequently provide, for this Contest and/or other purposes, directly or indirectly
relating to this Contest.

 14.2 In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the
“Act”), your rights include:
(a) The right to withdraw your consent to the use your personal data at any time by
contacting Go Shop and providing your name and e-mail address so that such
personal data can be removed.
(b) The right to obtain your personal data which is held by Go Shop (Go Shop reserves
the right to charge a minimal fee for the exercise of this right).
(c) The right to request rectification of any incorrect personal data, erase or block any
such personal data which is held by Go Shop.

14.3 If you inform Go Shop that the above information should not be used as a basis for further
contact, Go Shop will respect your request. Your information will not be provided or shared
with others.

14.4 If you wish to raise any data protection issue with Go Shop, or exercise any of their legal
rights, you may contact Go Shop’s customer service call center at our hotline: 03-9544

14.5 Go Shop takes reasonable precautions to keep your personal data secure and require third
party data processors to do the same. Please note, however, that Go Shop may release
your personal data if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court
order.

15. The terms and conditions herein shall be read with Go Shop’s Customer Terms and Conditions,
Privacy Notice and all relevant terms and conditions which can be found on www.goshop.com.my
unless otherwise specified. The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistencies
only to the extent of such inconsistencies relate to Contest.

16. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, Go Shop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or
postpone this Contest and/or to amend the terms and conditions herein, at its sole and absolute
discretion without notice and without liability or compensation whatsoever to any person or party.
