    General Instructions:

    1. FGV Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (FGVPMSB) wishes to invite prospective qualified and experienced vendor to
    participate in the Tender exercise.

    2. Prospective vendors are required to pursue either of the followings:

    2.1 For FGV Registered Vendors under category:


    Code of Agriculture (02) and sub code of Yield Evacuation (03).

    Steps:
    • Visit https://ep.fgvholdings.com and click Confidentiality Agreement (CA) link.
     Interested vendor please answer the questionnaire no. 1.1 and 1.2 in procurehere system and attach a
    certificate of registration of E- Daftar FGV and Confidentiality Agreement (CA).

    2.2 For Non-FGV Registered Vendors

    Steps:
    • Visit https://edaftar.fgvholdings.com and register your company.
    • You will receive a registration acknowledgement via email when the registration is approved.
    • Visit https://ep.fgvholdings.com and click Confidentiality Agreement link.
     Please send registration acknowledgment and state the tender information (job description) to the email
    address tender.fgvpm@fgvholdings.com.

    3. Unregistered vendors will not be allowed participating in this tender.

    4. In order to participate in the above tender as per this notification, steps 2.1 or steps 2.2 shall be completed within
    the pre tender period.
