DRYLAND SWIMMING: Lessons and Exercises

1. As a CRITICAL THINKER

DryLand Swimming exercises must be done accurately and make sure that the body is
positioned well. I think this might give us less the fun of swimming in real pool but it
does not come short with making us physically active. We must also try to understand
what is this for and not just make fun of it because we look funny swimming above
land. We must know that there are benefits on why we should do this instead if the
pool is not possible.

2. As an EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR

I think dry land swimming is something that can be done together with your family, if
not you can teach them these too. It is important to really accurately execute these
exercises so as to make sure that you had effectively taught this to your family or even
friends.

3. As a SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE CHRISTIAN

Though pools nowadays are opened to the public and we can already swim there, no
matter how much we wanted to swim again, we must be responsible enough to make
sure that we still follow safety protocols. If possible we should just settle with dry
land swimming for the purpose of making ourselves healthy and be contented with it
as of now. We don’t want to spread diseases to our family and of course to other
people too.

4. As a PHYSICALLY FIT INDIVIDUAL

Dry Land swimming can still be a form of exercise where it makes us move and be
active. Indeed this is the better alternative when you can’t swim because you have no
pool. This kind of exercise makes you improve your strength and flexibility so I think
this another and interesting way of exercising. You get to imagine yourself as if you
are really in a pool which makes it fun.
