Corruption in the government is the number one reason for poverty. 15. The Senate Bill No. 1880 or the Roll-Over Internet Act (a bill that will end the expiration period on unused internet data) should be approved. EXTEMPORANEOUS SPEECH OUTLINE 1st Sample (CLAIM OF FACT THESIS) INTRODUCTION attention-getter/hook claim statement: Curfews should be implemented in the country. DEFINITION use stipulation to explain any unclear terms from your claim-- A curfew would mean that any person under eighteen would not be allowed out in public settings after 10 PM during week nights unless it was for emergency purposes or with parental consent. SUPPORT 1 state one reason why curfews should be implemented and provide necessary evidence--It would reduce drug and alcohol use among teens SUPPORT 2 state a second reason why curfews are needed with evidence--It would reduce the amount of teen sex SUPPORT 3 state a third reason--It would reduce violence and crimes associated with teen behavior.
