1. Strategic Management is the ongoing planning, monitoring, analysis and

assessment of all necessities an organization needs to meet its goals and
objectives. This process helps organizations take stock of their present situation,
chalk out strategies, deploy them and analyze the effectiveness of the
implemented management strategies. Business policy are the guidelines
developed by an organization to govern its actions. it permits the lower level
management to deal with the problems and issues without consulting top
management every time for decisions.
2. Strategic Management Process is a continuous culture of appraisal that a
business adopts to outdo the competitors. Simple as it may sound, this is a
complex process that also covers formulating the organizations overall vision for
present and future objectives.
3. Organizational Adoption means the transfer between an old system and a
target system in an organization. The company environment must adopt the
changes in system that are useful in effective and efficient decision in a
workplace. For me, adoption is really important in organization because it will
help you in progressing the business as well as in increasing production level of
an employee.
4. The evolution of the internet has changed everything worldwide, it makes
our life easy and convenient especially in business, education, government,
healthcare, and even the ways in which we interact with our loved ones. It has
become one of the key drivers of social evolution that gives us freedom in any
platforms that we used.
5. Intranet is a private network that allows employees and colleagues to work
together in a virtual space for the most part, no outside parties are involved.
Extranet allows business to communicate with clients and vendors.
6. Globalization is the process of interaction and integration among people,
companies, and government worldwide. Globalization is the spread of products,
technology, information, and jobs across national borders and cultures. In
economic terms, it describes an interdependence of nations around the globe
fostered through free trade. According to IMF, there are four primary factors
related to globalization which are trade, transactions, migration of people and
capital and investment movements and dissemination of knowledge.
7. Internet is a global system that can be used for sharing information,
providing worldwide services and communication. Daily updates are easily and
instantly available in the internet. It really helpful especially in today’s generation
but had a negative effect if you will not control yourself to it.
8. E-business (electronic business) is the conduct of business processes on the
Internet. These e-business processes include buying and selling goods and
services, servicing customers, processing payments, managing production
control, collaborating with business partners, sharing information, running
automated employee services, recruiting; and more. It really useful and
convenient especially to seller in selling and promoting their products online.
9. Ethical and social issues arising from the use of technology in all areas of
our lives—and in business, in particular—have lead to the creation of a new
branch of ethics: technoethics. Technoethics (TE) is an interdisciplinary research
area concerned with all moral and ethical aspects of technology in society. It
draws on theories and methods from multiple knowledge domains (such as
communications, social sciences information studies, technology studies, applied
ethics, and philosophy) to provide insights on ethical dimensions of technological
systems and practices for advancing a technological society. This technological
advancement will lead us in some serious problem like your personal information
can be easily steel or hack by other people.
