OFFER LETTER

It is my pleasure to extend the following offer of employment to you on behalf of Dhafer M AI-Zlaiq & Partners
Gen. Cont. Co. This offer is contingent upon your passing our mandatory drug screen, our receipt of your
college transcripts, and any other contingencies you may wish to state.

Reporting Relationship: The position will report to: Project Engineer/Project Manager
Base Salary will be paid in monthly installments of SAR#3800/- and food allowance SAR #500.

Benefits: The current, standard company health, life insurance coverage are generally supplied as per
company policy and Saudi Labor laws. Eligibility for other benefits will generally take place as per company
policy.

Vacation and Personal Emergency Time Off: 30 Days Vacation with paid salary will be provided after successful
completion of the agreement. Personal Emergency days are generally accrued per company policy.

Phone/Travel Expenses: Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per
company policy.

If the candidate is not performing according to job / Company Requirments, Company have the right to deduct
sufficent amount from salary pacakge.

You acknowledge that this offer letter and the attached Service agreement ,represents the entire agreement
between you and Dhafer M AI-Zlaiq & Partners Gen. Cont. Co and that no verbal or written agreements,
promises or representations that are not specifically stated in this offer, are or will be binding upon Dhafer
M AI-Zlaiq & Partners Gen. Cont. Co.
