Review Subway Surfers

Kiloo
Subway Surfers is a game for endless phones, developed jointly by Kiloo and SYBO Games, private companies
based in Denmark. It is available on Android, iOS, Kindle and Windows Phone platforms and uses the Unity engine.
In the game, players take on the role of young graffiti artists who, after being captured for graffiti on a subway train
site, run across the railroad tracks to escape the inspector and his dog

Subway Surfers is a video game where the character runs without stopping. The game starts by touching the touch
screen, while Jake or any other character draws graffiti on a train, and then the inspector and his dog catch him on
the spot and start chasing him. During the race, the player can move up, down, to the left or to the right to avoid
hitting the approaching obstacles; especially moving trains, poles, tunnel walls and barriers. By moving quickly as the
speed increases, more points can be added. The player can find various objects such as coins, keys, multipliers of
points, super sneakers, backpacks, magnets, mysterious boxes and power jumpers.

The objects that can be found:

A power jumper that provides combustion when launching the character, a jetpack that has the ability to fly, gloves
that attracts all the coins on the track, super sneakers that offer the ability to jump higher and a score multiplier that
multiply the points.

The hoverboard:

Objects, like a hoverboard, allow the character to avoid collisions. Daily challenges and weekly searches give
rewards for unique moves during the game. The missions have several activities measured with the accuracy of the
player. Up to 18 characters are unlocked via coins, keys, in-game purchases, collection of specific items or
connection to a Facebook account. Up to 17 hoverboards can be unlocked; each one has different skills that can help
the player. When the game is updated to a new location, a new character and a hoverboard will be temporarily
available until the next update.

Curiosities and comments:

Subway Surfers has received decent comments. Critics praised the visual style and fun gameplay, but they despised
it for its monotonous world and unresponsive controls.
Dan Griliopoulos of Pocket Gamer gave the game a score of 5/10, praising the game fun and free access to the
game, but criticizing the controls and the thrifty design of the game.

Dant Rambo from Gamezebo scored the game 3.5 out of 5, and wrote: "He makes a small attempt to differentiate
himself from other endless runners, but it's hard not to appreciate the sharp image of the subway surfers. The controls
are reactive, the game is addictive and does not try to force you to spend money on the elements of the game. "
Pros Cons
- When you enter the game there is a welcome image - The game always presents the same game

- The difficulty is gradual - Sprays can not be used and the game is based
on them
- There are many objects and challenges that can be found
- There is no multiplayer mode
- There are boxes while playing that at the end of the game give
you a casual reward - Very rare updates
