Daily conversations with children are an excellent way to
model basic communication skills. Deliberate conversations with kids, using polite conversational skills, help lay a
foundation for good communication later in life.

SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL SKILLS

A child's social and physical development helps him establish healthy relationships, understand and react
appropriately to his feelings and to eventually become self-reliant. As children grow socially they gain the "ability”
to pay attention, make transitions from one activity to another and cooperate with others. Physical development
includes gross motor and fine motor skills, as well as coordination and balance.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
i) Washing hands before eating.
ii) Talking less while eating.
iii) Not to drink water between the meals.
iv) Colors and characteristics of fruits and vegetables.
v) Wishing Good Morning and saying Thank you.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

CREATIVE
Theme related art and craft will be done which will help the kids to know more about the related
themes discussed in the classroom.

iii) Using different picture books for the recognition.
iv) Using educational CD’s
v) Sheet work
vi) Recalling objects that are visually presented.
