EXERCISES

Exercise 1. Read the following extracts and put the verbs in brackets into the
Present Simple or the Present Continuous. Then, say what use of these tenses each
extract shows.

Exercise 2. Fill in gaps with: recently, how long, yet, for, always, ever, already,
since, so far or just.

Dear Sally,
