No second chance to murderers

Should the killer live? The victim never had a choice.

Capital punishment is our society’s recognition of the sanctity of human life. It is an efficient and humane way to
make the killer of innocent citizens to pay for the crime they committed.

There is no margin for error.

The death penalty is used in the most heinous,
conscienceless and brutal murders. All 28 states
have criteria they must meet for capital
punishment to be eligible to be put on the table.
The reason why it would not do justice is the
murder will be in prison for a long period of time
and this is highly disproportionate to the crime
that was committed.

Effective Deterrent
Most Americans can agree that some crimes are so heinous that they demand strict
penalties. Recent investigations, using a variety of samples and statistical methods,
demonstrate a strong link between executions and reduced murder rates. In short,
capital punishment does save lives.

thorough trial where the offender will

for
Victims’ Families
The death penalty is not going to bring the
victim back to his or her family, but it will
at least give the grieving family, community,
and friends that much needed closure that
they need. As we have already stated many
times that the death penalty is ONLY
reserved for those senses worse of the worse
crimes.
