The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for quashing of F.I.R. No.131 dated 9.8.2014 registered under Sections

148, 149, 323, 325, 427 and 506 IPC at Police Station Hassanpur and

private complaint No. 37 dated 9.10.2014 and RBT 158 dated 9.10.2014

filed under Sections 119, 148, 149, 201, 202, 204, 218, 307, 323, 324,

385, 394, 406, 427, 447, 468, 469, 506/34, 120-B IPC (but the petitions

summoned under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 447 read with 120-B IPC)

and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of

compromise effected between the parties.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the

matter has been compromised between the parties and statement

(Annexure P-6) has already been recorded.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Surender Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf

of the respondent-State.

Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to supply a copy of

the paper book to the learned AAG during the course of the day.

Let the respondent No.2 be served by way of dasti process.

To come up on 26.4.2019. Meanwhile, the parties are

directed to be present before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court on

15.3.2019 or on any other date convenient to the Court for recording their

statements with regard to compromise. The Court is directed to record

the statements of both the parties to its satisfaction to know its

genuineness that the statements are not the result of any pressure or

coercion in any manner. The Court is further directed to send report

along with the statements of the parties with regard to validity or

otherwise of the compromise effected between the parties and also

intimate whether any criminal case and proclamation proceedings is

pending against either of the parties before the next date of hearing.
