Dear Hon. Mayor,

Greetings of Peace!
The continuing imposition of local travel restrictions due to the ongoing threat brought about
by the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected the aπvailability and sufficiency of public land
transportation services for persons in need of essential travel and for our Authorized Persons
Outside Residence (APOR). Consequently, some of these persons look for other means of
transport, though expensive and difficult, just to reach their respective destinations.

Presently, our Public Utility Buses are operating along various routes in Mindanao on a limited
capacity and under strict observance of all health and social distancing protocols. However,
due to entry restrictions along local government boundaries, our operation is only limited and
our routes are shortened making it hard for our passengers to travel straight to their place of
destination. It is for this reason that we are intending to field buses for a point-to-point
operation and under a booking system in order to serve our authorized passengers without
in between route stops and trip transfers.

In view thereof, the undersigned is proposing and informing you that we are applying for a
POINT TO POINT (P2P) Bus Trips from Cagayan de Oro City to Tacurong City and
vice versa. Our proposed P2P operation will strictly be subject to prior coordination and
compliance to all health protocols and passenger requirements imposed by both LGU’s.

We pray that this request will merit your favorable consideration. If given a chance, we will
also be honored to personally talk to you or your representatives about this regard. Thank you
