"ECU list.igc/iwe/idc" can be imported into GenConfig/LiteEdit/DriveConfig as a standard firmware
package and contains the following files:

2. Main changes in ECU list - 4.3

New features

• Added ESF for GM ECUs MEFI4B, MEFI5B and SECM.

MEFI ECUs are not supported only by esf files but need also modification of controller
firmware (it is available in IGS-NT-2.3.1 and ID-DCU-Industrial-2.6).
