BAC RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE PUNONG BARANGAY THE

AWARD OF PROJECT TO TRI-R METAL CRAFT AND ALUMINUM/GLASS
SUPPLY BEING THE LONE BIDDER FOR THE INSTALLATION AND
FABRICATION OF ALUMINUM WINDOWS AND DOORS OF BARANGAY
HALL.

WHEREAS, there was an scheduled Opening Of Bids for the Installation and
Fabrication of Aluminum Windows and Doors on October 30, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock in
the morning at the Barangay Hall;

WHEREAS, after a careful study on the bid documents presented by the bidder, Tri-R
Metal Craft and Aluminum to the BAC Members, the members found out that all
technical documents are legal and good;

Now therefore:

On motion of BAC Member Carlo Antonio P. Serrano and duly seconded by BAC
Member Patrocinia R. Tabulog;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to recommend to the Honorable

Punong Barangay Mario M. Acasili of this barangay to award the project, Installation and
Fabrication of Aluminum Windows and Doors for Barangay Hall with the approved
contract price of One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Pesos Only. (P188,000.00) to Tri-
R Metal Craft And Aluminum/Glass Supply.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Hon. Punong

Barangay, Mario M. Acasili for his information and most favorable action.
