EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 03Series of 2020

AN ORDERS CREATING THE MEMBERS OF THE VERIFICTION TEAM OF BARANGAY

DUPLIGAN TANUDAN, KALINGA PRIOR TO THE CONDUCT OF LISTAHANAN 3 VALIDATION
PHASE.

WHEREAS, Under executive order N0. 869 series of 2010, the Department of Social
Welfare and Development as the coordinator of the National Social Welfare Program
contextualized the National Household Targeting System For Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) of
Listshanan to establish a system of identifying who and serve as the repository of the data on
poor households which shall be used by the National Government Agencies in prioritizing
beneficiaries of governments social protection programs and projects.

WHEREAS, the DSWD through the National Targeting Office is programmed to update
the database of poor household through the conduct of Listahanan Nationwide Assessment;

WHEREAS; in order to have an orderly, effective and comprehensive implementation of

the Nationwide Household Assessment, the DSWD shall be needing the cooperation and
Assistance of the Local Government Units (LGUs) officials in all areas for household assessment;

WHEREAS; the Household assessment is now on validation phase and as per paragraph
2,1,3,1 of the memorandum of understanding between the DSWD and DILG the Barangay shall
create or organized BARANGAY VERIFICATION TEAM (BVT) composed of the Punong Barangay,
first ranking Barangay Kagawad, Sanguniang Barangay member who is the chairman of the
Social Welfare Development and accredited CSO representatives.

NOW, THEREFORE, ____________________________Punong Barangay of Barangay

________________________________ Municipality of Tanudan, by virtue of the power vested
in me by law do hereby create or organized BARANGAY VERIFICTION TEAM (BVT) as follows:

Section 1. Composition. The Barangay Verification Team (BVT) is hereby organized to be

constituted as follows:

Section 2. Functions and Functions:

1. In partnership with the DSWD, the Barangay Verification Team (BVT) shall lead in the
Validation Phase in their respective Barangay;
2. Shall provide area for posting of the initial list of poor. Conduct IEC for the information
on their constituents regarding the validation phase and secure the data privacy on the
both posted initial list and the grievance filled by the complainant/s;
3. Shall accept grievances from its constituents and shall be resolved one (1) to two (2)
days upon received of its summary and endorse to the Local Validation Committee of
the Municipality for further verification and approval;
4. Scrutinize and evaluate the merits of the grievances received from the complainants at
their respective Barangay;
5. Secure the security of the conduct of the validation phase since the country is on the
COVID 19 pandemic;
6. Shall oversee the proper implementation of listahanan 3 validation phase in
accordance on its work flow;
7. Perform such other duties and functions as may directed By the Local Chief Executive
prior to the successful implementation of the validation.

Section 3. Repealling clause. All Administrative Orders, Executive Orders and other
issuances that are inconsistent herewith or part hereof are deemed repealed and/ or modified
accordingly;

Section 4. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately.

Let copies hereof be furnished to all concerned for information, reference, and guidance.

Done in Barangay Dupligan, Municipality of Tanudan, Kalinga, Philippines this 18th Day of
