ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY CONTACT TRACING TEAM (BCTT) OF BARANGAY

DUPLIGAN, TANUDAN, KALINGA.

WHEREAS, In response to the growing concern over the outbreak of CORONAVIRUS and
in line with the advisory of interagency task force (IATF) dated July 21, 2020, reiterating strictly
the implementation of the requirements of home Quarantine in order to avoid the spread
further of the CORONAVIRUS;

WHEREAS, the DILG memorandum dated on August 10, 2020, mandating in all Barangay
to organize the Barangay Contact Tracing Team and to ensure the existing protocols of home
quarantine for COVID 19 positive cases either asymptomatic or exhibiting mild symptoms shall
comply with the guidelines;

NOW, THEREFORE, ____________________________Punong Barangay of Barangay

________________________________ Municipality of Tanudan, by virtue of the power vested
in me by law do hereby organize the Barangay Contact Tracing Team (BCTT) as follows:

Section 1. Composition. The Barangay Contact Tracing Team (BCTT) is hereby organized
to be constituted as follows:

Pagugo - All Tanod Members and subject to scheduling

Bawac – All Barangay Health Workers except senior citizen and subject to scheduling
Pagugo- All Barangay Health Workers except senior citizen and subject to scheduling
Allubaggan- All Barangay Health Works except senior citizen and subject to scheduling
Darulog- All Barangay Health Workers except senior citizen and subject to scheduling
(one or two of whom are preferably a Midwife and Nurse):

Section 2. Functions. The Barangay Contact Tracing Team (BCTT) shall exercise the
following functions:
1. Conduct visits in home every person arriving from Corona Virus affected counties;
2. Immediately list down the person(s) the arrival person come in contact with prior to his
arrival in his residence;
3. Conduct contact tracing to all persons with known exposure to the positive COVID 19
patient
4. Strictly appropriate home Quarantine measures
5. Monitor the status of the persons who were positives of the COVID 19
6. Take daily temperature of the arriving person and observe any other common
7. symptoms of Coronavirus like fever, dry cough, mild in breathing, gastro intestinal
issues, Diarrhea, and severe symptoms like; High fever (38) temp. Pneumonia, kidney
failure.
8. Provide protective gadgets to the COVID 19 case, including the members of the
household.
9. Immediately isolate:

11. Report to the Punong Barangay an measures or action taken per arrival.

Section 3. Funding Support. Funding support for the Barangay Contact Tracing Team
(BCTT) shall be charged against available fund of the Barangay Government Subject to
availability of funds and to the usual accounting and auditing rule and regulations.

Let copies hereof be furnished to all concerned for information, reference, and guidance.

Done in Barangay Dupligan, Municipality of Tanudan, Kalinga, Philippines this 26th Day of
