opening on the post of Finance Assistant. The application follows the advert which was

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration which I obtained from Exploits University
in 2018. I also hold a Diploma in Management Studies and Diploma in Business Management. I
am a very innovative, creative and flexible person. I have vast knowledge in Accounting and
Administrative duties as have worked with FOCCAD a not for profit organisation for the past 6
years where my duties were financial management and reporting, payroll management and
general accounting duties. I have also worked with Life Concern Organisation as finance analyst
on a consultancy to prepare their financial accounts reports and financial documentation in
preparation for External Financial Audit. I have excellent interpersonal skills, reporting skills,
writing skills, leadership, facilitation and training skills. I have experience working under
pressure as well as tight donor budgets.
I am looking for an opportunity to perform my duties at your organisation in order to help in the
Sales Department. Upon given a chance to work with Products and Services Bureau Limited, I
can assure the organisation that I will perform my duties to the full capability in order to bring of
