4 Gas test by PPTSB.
5 Fit ventilator and provide internal lighting
6 Pre cleaning inspection by PPTSB
7 Erect internal scaffolding.
8 Remove demister pad and clean DIMENSION, ELEVATION AND WEIGHT
9 Clean vessel internal - wire brush and cotton rag to remove all loose scale and deposit MAIN DIMENSION (ID X TL)(M) 1.6 x 4.4
10 Post cleaning inspection and NDT as per SERP by PPTSB ELEVATION FROM PLATFORM ­
11 Reinstall demister pad (TL/CL) FROM GROUND ­
12 Dismantle internal scaffolding TL ELEV. FRM GROUND (M) 5.0
13 Final check by operation for box up APPROXIMATE WEIGHT (TON) 6.05
14 Remove ventilator and internal lighting. POSITION Vertical
15 Close manhole and top vent after obtaining box up permit
16 Remove equipment isolation blinds
17 Dismantle external scaffolding.
18 Housekeeping.
