Aft Compressor Casing Repair Work Scope .

Receive in, unpack and record all serial numbers and identifying marks.
Perform aluminum oxide blast cleaning.
Drill out sheared bolts in casing.
Re-assemble casing assembly.
Machine / grind to remove all damaged existing airfoils of blades from
rings.
Machine out existing roots of blades from casing slots.
NDT casing slots and evaluate repair.
Install patch ring (s) material AISI 4130 as required.
Final machine patch ring (s) back to drawing dimensions.
Degrease and aluminum oxide blast.
Perform final dimensional check.
Final clean and QA inspection.
Preserve and pack for return shipment.
Submit final repair report.
