Principal,

I write to you this letter to inform the school about my plan for the incoming musical concert
that will take place here.

The name of the concert will be “Symetric words of art” and the main purpose is to raise the
school’s funds.In order to attract many people to buy seats and have a relaxing time,we will combine
the talents of our students. Musicians and dancers will have an opportunity to show their talent in
front of a large number of people.

Participants will have time to register between 10-14 th June so that everyone will be fully
prepared.The concert will take place on 15 th June and we will
have:guitarists,violonists,drummers,trumpeters,solists and dancers too!The type of music will be
classical music,rock and others.In the first half we will spice things up!We will combine classical music
with rock music and classical dance with modern dance.I want things to be original and appealing.In
the second half we will have classical dance with modern music/groups and later on we will bring
everyone on stage and make some funny acting.

The prices of the seats could be 5 pounds and for students/children could be 2 pounds.In
order to keep everyone organized we will have 20 volunteers and 2 leaders,each one of them leading
10 volunteers.
