INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor accuse William Burerus, a.k.a William Bureros, a.k.a.
Willy for Forcible Abduction with Rape, committed as follows:

That on the 16th day of April 2014, at about 10;00 in the evening, more or less,the
above named accused, with unchaste and lewd design, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously abduct, take and carry away the victim AAA, a 15 year
year old minor and against her will or consent, from the house of her friend in
Barangay Cambajao, Bais City, Philippines and, at about 10:45n in the evening of the
same date, bring the said minor child to a sugarcane plantation area near Square
garden in barangay San Isidro, Tanjay City, Negros oriental, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, and did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously with force and intimidation, succeed in having carnal knowledge to the
said victim, against her will and consent, which act are prejudicial to the development
of the victim as minor.

CONTRARY TO LAW with aggravating circumstances that the offender is a relative

by consanguinity within the third civil degree.
