Use of Dyeing Machine (ডাইং মেশিনের ব্যাবহারবিধি)

 Cleaning machine & the spaces around machine.

 Avoiding dampness & slipperiness around machine.
 Clearing any barricades between control panel & dosing tanks.
 Checking every electric points, steam line, water supply line,
compressed air line & valves before opening, loading fabrics &
switching off machine.
 Using PPE while running machine, using & carrying dyes &
chemicals.
 Avoiding opening of machine door or port hole ≤ 80°C.
 Unloading fabric in clean trolley.
 Cleaning all nets or strainers after unloading every batch.
 Everyone should remember that, “Safety First”

Use of Dewater Machine (ডি-ওয়াটার মেশিনের ব্যাবহারবিধি)

 Cleaning machine & padder by keeping slow movement of padded.
 Avoiding dampness & slipperiness around machine.
 Setting diameter as per batch card.
 Ensure ballooning to avoid crease mark.
 Fabrics passage must set as per diagram hung on the machine and
ensure the sensors and Emergency switch is working properly or
not.
 Use chemicals (softener or silicon) according to the suggestions &
authorizations of officers or executives.
 Setting pressure to remove excess water from fabric ensuring depth
of shade.
 Use PPE & be careful while passing fabrics through calendar or
padder.

Use of Dryer Machine (ড্রায়ার মেশিনের ব্যাবহারবিধি)

 Must clean the whole machine especially the belt.
 Operators need to PPE, especially musk to avoid dust penetration to
their trachea, lungs & stomach.
 Operators need to be careful about the movable parts of the machine.
 Check all switches before run the machine.
 Check the burners and exhaust fans are working properly or not
before entering fabrics.
 Need to set speed and temperature as per fabrication whether it is
drying properly or not.
 Conveyer belt must keep operative until unless the temperature
reduces to 30⁰ C.
 Switch off the machine if no fabrics available.

Use of Tube Compacting Machine

 Must clean the whole machine especially the blades and surrounding
areas of compaction zone.
 Operators need to PPE, especially musk to avoid dust penetration to
their trachea, lungs & stomach.
 Operators need to be careful about the movable parts of the machine.
 Operators need to be careful about steam line of the machine.
 Switched on the starting button to operate the machine.
 Setting diameter as per the batch card.
 Confirmation of overfeeding, speed and degree of compaction based
fabrication to control dimensional stability.
 Ensure the flow of steam immediate after running the machine.
 Ensure the safety sensors are working properly
 Prepare packing list or sticker and hand over to QC section to ensure
the quality.
Use of Slitting Machine
 Cleaning the m/c properly
 Operators need to be careful about the movable parts of the machine.
 Ensuring the sharpness of blade and strictly prohibited to come in
contact with the blade.
 Cutting sensor must be tuned as per the type of fabrication
 Need to ensure slitting through the needle drop line.
 Use PPE & be careful about movable parts of the machine.

Use of Stenter Machine

 Cleaning machine, chain & padder by keeping slow movement of
padded & machine
 Avoiding dampness & slipperiness around machine (especially
around padder).
 Operators need to be careful about the movable parts of the machine.
 Use chemicals (softener or silicon) according to the suggestions &
authorizations of officers or executives.
 Ensure the padder pressure and movement of web stenter as per
fabrication
 Need to ensure whether blowers or burners are properly functioning
or not.
 Set diameter as per batch card but be careful about the configuration
of fabrics as per batch card.
 Need to confirm temperature (usually 110-130⁰C for normal drying,
180-200⁰ C for heat setting & 100-110⁰C for white color & double
part dyed fabrics), speed (15 mpm to 25 mpm) and overfeed (avg.
80) during finishing which depend on fabric type.
 Chamber doors cannot be opened while running the m/c
 For cooling down-first stop the burners, then open doors and wait
until cooling down the temperature to 30⁰ C.

Use of Open Compacting Machine

 Must clean the whole machine especially the Felt or blanket and
surrounding areas of compaction zone.
