Subject:- Budget Rent AM/SH(966) & Medical(876)Allowed on basis of 2019

Dear Sir
With reference to your letter dated 14 May, 2020 ref: KM/Budg-2020/08, you said that
budget has not been approved but due to Covid 19 medical expenses of Zone has been
increased plus we have received Debit notes of Medical from PO around Rs-400,000/-
which are pending because of Budget and Rent Area Manager 966 has been increased
25% every year but there is shortage of Budget. So kindly allow us utilize the budget in
medical and Rent on the basis of actual expenses of 2019.

You are therefore requested kindly allocate us the desired budget.
