We are pleased to inform you that The Bahadurgarh Chess Foundation is organizing 31st Haryana State
Senior Chess Championship-2015 under the aegis of The Haryana Chess Association (Regd.) at
RAJESH JOON, KSK DIESEL CENTER, ADDRESS: DELHI-ROHTAK ROAD,NEAR S.R. CENTURY
SCHOOL,BAHADURGARH-124507,DISTT. JHAJJAR (HARYANA) from 17th JULY to 19th JULY 2015.

Players who want to participate may send their entries to Mr. SANDEEP KUMAR NIMAWAT at THE
BAHADURGARH CHESS FOUNDATION, Wisdom Academy, Railway Road, Near High School,
Bahadurgarh,Haryana ,latest by 15th JULY 2015.
NOTE: Last date of entry is 15th JULY 2015. However entry with late fee of Rs. 200 can be accepted on 16th
July 2015.NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED ON 17th JULY 2015.

RULES & REGULATIONS

a) All the participants must bring their own Chess Boards/ Chess Clocks.
b) Age proof certificate is necessary for category prizes.
c) Please note that TEAMS for National Championships would be selected from this
Championship
d) Tentatively 7 rounds will be played.
e) In any dispute, Tournament Director’s/ Arbiter’s decision shall be final & binding.
f) Protest, if any, must be lodged with the Tournament Director/ Chief Arbiter in writing with a Non-
refundable protest fee of Rs.500/- only.
g) If a player fails to report for the match at schedule time, it will be considered as a walk over.
Walkover time will be 30 Min.
g) All the players must maintain strict discipline during the course of the Tournament.
h) No entry shall be accepted without age proof.
i) Players of HARYANA STATE only are eligible to participate in this Championship .
j) ENTRY FEE: Entry fee of Rs.300/- per player will be charged.
k) All entries must be sent through the concerned District Secretaries. Of Affiliated unit of the Haryana
Chess Association. However The HCA will have the right to accept or reject any entry without
assigning any reason.
l) BUS CONCESSION: As per Haryana Govt. rules all players are entitled for 75% concession in
the Haryana Roadways Buses. To avail this concession you may apply to the District Sports
Officer of your area.
