1. Did you find it difficult to assign persons in the cabinet positions (despite being allowed to
appoint deceased persons)? Why? No. Because i believe in the current people right now sitting
down in the position

2. What were the reasons why you have appointed certain person/s in a cabinet position?
Due to the experience they have right now I appointed them in the cabinet position. They are
the current people in position also that's why i appointed them
3. What qualities did you look for in a person to be appointed as your cabinet member?
People who are experienced.
4. After doing this activity, what do you think is the definition of a leader? What characteristics
must one possess to become a good leader?
The definition of a leader is someone who leads a group of people which can be a community,
organization or a country. Someone who knows his personal characteristics such as strength
and weaknesses, someone who has the ability to delegate, someone who has integrity, respect,
courage and have empathy towards others, someone who can influence others and have the
social skills.
