function. Must be 12 floors or over to qualify for entry.

1. Outline the brief of this project including design criteria, project goals, and
highlight any challenges to overcome. Explain your target market. Is there any
feature of your work to which the judges should pay particular attention?

be innovative, practical or useful which add to the style and uniqueness.

2. Select one unit to detail the layout and finishes, including any brand names used
and any options available for purchasers to select – indicate if additional payment
is required for certain finishes and fittings.

1. List all features that improve the safety, security, accessibility and wellbeing of
people in and around the development.

Judges will allocate a score for the physical presentation you provide to demonstrate
