 Father muller & kannachur hospital MOU to be made ASAP MOU arrangement in charge – Kassim,
 Br kassim suggested we do the MOU with father muller at earliest ziyauddin haneef
 He also explained the current progress in field work and hospital networks.
 Doctors available in hospitals are also being updated in the system.

 Br shoeb suggested that we should arrange a meeting with group of doctors

who are specialized in different sectors.

 Br Askaf suggested that we organize a meeting with cancer specialists at
earliest.
 Br Abubakkar suggested that Br shoeb to be in charge for arranging meetings
with cancer specialists.
 He also acknowledged as about major topic I.E medicine,
We should have our own drug store where people can get medicines for fair In charge of cancer department -Shoeb
price or even for free.
 Br riyaz bawa stressed that we should try getting medicines for considerably
fair prices from suppliers.
 Dr Shamer suggested that patients who are diagnosed with first stage cancer
must go for treatment immediately & patients who are in third or fourth stage if
the patient is young then it is ok to go for treatment. Medical store setup in charge – Abubakkar&
Riyaz bawa

 Br haneef suggested that we approach various local jamath to get an idea about
families who need BPL cards so that we can conduct camps to provide for
those families.
 Awareness program to be done in jamath level.
 Br Abubakkar suggested we prepare a letter and start the work in single

 Other than monthly expenses kept aside we should have extra fund for
discharging patients who need financial support.
 Br Askaf and team to approach Br Haris, basheer Shalimar and shabbier for
