    I would want the task force to consider the basic deontology


    ethical values first, such as never lies, never cheat and follow the rules
    and do their duty.

    Listening skills are an essential part of medical ethics. Often ethical


    disputes result from not knowing all the facts or not providing all the
    facts to patients. this should be considered as an ethical sensitivity.
