Predictive Maintenance (PdM)

 Predictive maintenance determines equipment condition based on measurement and to analyze


several dat which is taken from the equipment .
 We can perform online and offline measurement, so it is not necessary to disassemble the
equipment for performing measurement .
 Predictive maintenance data can be used to develop maintenance planning and scheduling. It is
also helping us to reduce unplanned break down .

 Perawatan prediktif menentukan kondisi peralatan berdasarkan pengukuran dan untuk


menganalisis beberapa data yang diambil dari peralatan.
 Kita dapat melakukan pengukuran online dan offline, jadi tidak perlu membongkar peralatan
untuk melakukan pengukuran.
 Data pemeliharaan prediktif dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan perencanaan dan
penjadwalan pemeliharaan. Ini juga membantu kita mengurangi kerusakan yang tidak
direncanakan.

VIBRATION ANALYSIS

 Vibration analysis is used to determine rotating equipment condition and faults, and performed by
certified CAT level 2 vibration analysis engineer.
 Our engineers are capable to handleequipment condition monitoring, such as data collection and
vibration analysis.
 We are also capable to do problem solving, determining vibration fault (unbalanced, miss
alignment, looseness, soft foot, gear problem, belt problem, etc), providing recommendation, and
performing on-site balancing.
 Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is powerfull tool to determine motor rotor bar
condition, which is performed by certifield CAT level 2 Vibration Analysis Engineer

INFRARED THERMOGRAPH ANALYSIS

 Determine equipment condition and problem related with thermal fault or overheating, is
performed by certified ITC level 2 engineer.
 Detect thermal fault that happens if high temperature occurs in some parts of equipment. Thermal
fault is high and potentially causing equipment break down.
 Perform thermograph analysis, specify thermal fault and provide recommendation, by our engineer
who are certified ITC level 2.
 Use standard NETA MTS-2005 with calibrated infrared thermograph cam.

OIL ANALYSIS

 Powerful tool to determine oil quality and equipment condition ( for engine, turbine ) is performed
by Certified Oil Analysis Engineer.
 Our oil analysis engineers who analyze equipment condition based on oil quality, determine
equipmentfault and provide recommendation, are all certified MLA level 2
 Oil analysis consist of lube oil analysis (in turbine, engine, compressor , pump, etc)and isolator oil
analysis ( BDV, DGA in transformer)

DISSOLVED GAS ANALYSIS (DGA)

 Transformer failure occurs if insulation degradation/aging, lightning strike or short circuit happens.
 DGA is a tool toanalyze transformer condition based on analyzing gas which isdissolved in
transformer oil,performed by Certified Engineer. We use Standart IEEE C97.106.

Preventive Maintenance (PM)


 Preventive maintenance (PM) is an activity to maintain equipment condition by doing series of
service, based on certain interval.
 We have outstanding team to maintain equipment condition and to ensure high equipment
performance achievement.
 Our PM team are skilled in performing task:
o Fulfill every periodic service interval based on equipment manual.
o Prepare precise spare part logistic based on part list generate by periodic service part
book.
o Perform trouble shooting and repair.
o Have capability to execute small repair, overhaul, adjusting and commissioning.
o Perform inspection and repair according to certain SOP (Standard Operational Procedure)
and SRP (Standard Repair Procedure).
o Produce report periodically: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

 Perawatan preventif (PM) adalah kegiatan untuk menjaga kondisi peralatan dengan melakukan
serangkaian servis, berdasarkan interval tertentu.
 Kami memiliki tim yang luar biasa untuk menjaga kondisi peralatan dan untuk memastikan
pencapaian kinerja peralatan yang tinggi.
 Tim PM kami terampil dalam melakukan tugas:
o Memenuhi setiap interval servis berkala berdasarkan manual peralatan.
o Mempersiapkan logistik spare part yang tepat berdasarkan daftar part yang dihasilkan
oleh buku part service periodik.
o Lakukan pemecahan masalah dan perbaikan.
o Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan perbaikan kecil, perbaikan, penyesuaian dan
commissioning.
o Melakukan inspeksi dan perbaikan sesuai dengan SOP (Prosedur Operasional Standar)
tertentu dan SRP (Prosedur Perbaikan Standar).
o Menghasilkan laporan secara berkala: harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M)


 Operations & Maintenance is team activity to operate equipment based on standard operational
procedure (SOP) and performing preventive maintenance, normally consists of inspecting,
cleaning, servicing, retightening, lubricating and adjusting as required.
 Developing maintenance management using Computerized Maintenance Management System
(CMMS), that coverswork order, maintenance history, material handling, scheduling , planning,
budget calculation and monitoring.

 Operasi & Pemeliharaan adalah aktivitas tim untuk mengoperasikan peralatan berdasarkan pada
prosedur operasional standar (SOP) dan melakukan pemeliharaan preventif, biasanya terdiri dari
inspeksi, pembersihan, servis, pengetatan ulang, pelumasan dan penyesuaian sesuai kebutuhan.
 Mengembangkan manajemen pemeliharaan menggunakan Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS), yang mencakup urutan kerja, riwayat perawatan, penanganan
material, penjadwalan, perencanaan, perhitungan anggaran, dan pemantauan.

Maintenance
To do so, you will have to develop strategic maintenance plan. One of many methods to develop strategic
maintenance plan is RCM.

In RCM you will do the following steps:

 Register all asset in the facility.


 Rank risk of each equipment based on reliability matrix.
 Analyze the failure mode and effect for equipment.
 Plan customized maintenance based on risk, failure mode, maintenance history, similar equipment
and manual books.
 Implement strategic maintenance on facility.
 Use CMMS to execute, monitor and review the strategic maintenance.
 Review the overall strategic maintenance implementation, including CMMS integration.

Other than RCM, some of the methods to develop strategic maintenance plan is RBI, FSMS , TPM and
others. They all have a common goal, which is equipment at their maximum capacity and reliability.

Untuk melakukannya, Anda harus mengembangkan rencana pemeliharaan strategis. Salah satu dari banyak metode
untuk mengembangkan rencana pemeliharaan strategis adalah RCM.
Di RCM Anda akan melakukan langkah-langkah berikut:

 Daftarkan semua aset di fasilitas.


 Risiko peringkat masing-masing peralatan berdasarkan matriks reliabilitas.
 Menganalisis mode kegagalan dan efek untuk peralatan.
 Rencanakan perawatan yang disesuaikan berdasarkan risiko, mode kegagalan, riwayat perawatan,
peralatan serupa, dan buku manual.
 Melaksanakan pemeliharaan strategis pada fasilitas.
 Gunakan CMMS untuk menjalankan, memantau dan meninjau pemeliharaan strategis.
 Tinjau implementasi pemeliharaan strategis keseluruhan, termasuk integrasi CMMS.
Selain RCM, beberapa metode untuk mengembangkan rencana pemeliharaan strategis adalah RBI, FSMS, TPM dan
lainnya. Mereka semua memiliki tujuan bersama, yaitu peralatan dengan kapasitas dan keandalan maksimum
