XXXII ANNIVERSARY
The Universidad Peruana Los Andes prepares to celebrate its 32 years of institutional life, with a
number of scientific, cultural, sports and social activities; with the participation of the largest in the
Midwest, which has exceeded 32 thousand students enrolled in academic offices and tutorial
centers in Huancayo, Satipo, La Merced, Lima, Ayacucho, Huánuco, Huancavelica and Pasco
university community. "The UPLA is the first private university in the Midwest, has trained
generations of top professionals who now occupy important positions in the public and private
sectors at the national level; its character of being a top nonprofit institution has allowed providing
opportunity to pursue a career to young people in need ".

1. When have a party?

The anniversary activities begin on Thursday June 11 with the opening of Interfacultades
Sport Championship and / or professional schools, from 8:00 am at the Estadio
Huancayo. On Friday 12th, will continue scheduling sporting events in Coto Coto
Stadium Complex Stadium on October 3 and October 3. The finals will be played on
Saturday 13 at the Estadio Huancayo from 10:00 am.
2. Where take place?

Parade and Dance

Different schools, vocational schools of academic offices of UPLA parade through the
historic Calle Real on Sunday 14 June. Meanwhile, the Dance Festival will be held on
Monday June 15 with different artistic and folkloric prints in our region in Huancayo.
Conferences and ceremony
On Tuesday 16 and Wednesday, June 17 lectures will be held with the participation of
prominent speakers, in each of the faculties of this prestigious top university. The central
day, June 18 from 9:30 am, the central ceremony will be held with the participation of
civil, military and ecclesiastical authorities in the courtyard of the Faculty of Health
Sciences (Campus-Chorrillos-Palian).
The musical concert
The musical concert will be on Tuesday 20 June at the Exhibition Golf Yauris from 13:00
Hrs. And on Wednesday, June 22 will be the Mass and ceremony by the Central XXXI
anniversary of institution building in the square of the Faculty of Health Sciences on the
campus of Chorrillos from 8:00 am, with the presence of civil authorities, military and
religious city of Huancayo.
