Sweet Iron Waffles Announces: Promotion of ​Peter Chen

to be in charge of managing all company finances

SEATTLE- Sweet Iron Waffles announced today that Peter Chen will be managing the
companies finances.

We have been watching him extensively succeed in managing finances at Brinker International for
many years now and are proud to welcome him in”

For the past 8 years, Chen has been Brinker International, where he was Director of Finance for
the Northwest Division. Where he focused on managing sixty-four Chili’s Grill & Bar Restaurants in the
Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Before that, he was an accountant for Tom
Douglas Restaurants for 6 years.

Chen received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Washington and is also earned a Certified
Public Accountant. He also holds the position of President in the Washington Association of
Accountants.

In his new position, he will be responsible for handling all Sweet Iron Waffles finances. Starting
November 1st.  
About the Company:

Sweet Iron is a local business owned by Adrienne Jeffrey, her husband John, and their two adult
children Paul and Danielle. Adrienne lived in Brussels as a teenager which sparked her love for
authentic After dreaming about introducing Liège style waffles to the U.S. for decades, she and her
daughter Danielle traveled to Belgium in 2007 to learn how to make Liège waffles and to source the
waffle irons and pearl sugar that are essential to making the authentic waffles.

Sweet Iron opened in 2009 in downtown Seattle and continues to thrive after almost ten years in the
