In the previous project, we were analyzing the ROE of the SGBL bank and we
found that in year 2012 the bank managed to decrease his EM which is the measure
of the financial leverage, in other words how much the bank is operating in debt,
despite the decrease in EM, ROE increased so this bank was operating in a very
good way in 2012 by increasing his ROA. But still his expenses(non interest and
interest expenses) need to be improved.
