- 123 -
7) Adjusting weighing compensation gain

⑴ Check points(common) for adjusting weighing compensation gain

※ If brake open time is too late, both NO LOAD DOWN & NO LOAD UP will have a reverse

shock generated and adjusting weighing compensation gain becomes impossible.

So, adjust TMR2 which is rotary switch for adjusting brake open time in DOC-

100 PCB. In this case, move brake open time forward by decreasing TMR2 by 1.

⑵ When there is differential trans

A. Case of helical gear

① Make inside the car into no-load.

② Perform adjusting in middle floor.

③ Verify whether there is reverse shock by performing no-load down running in

middle floor. At this time, if reverse shock is generated, adjust it as Tab.1).

Tab.1) Adjusting weighing compensation gain

2.Case of reverse shock from straight Decrease weighing compensation gain

direction while opening the brake (0208H).

※ Adjusting weighing compensation gain is able to adjust within the range of

0H ~ 64H (0~100).

④ Perform no-load UP running in middle floor.

※ For worm gear, weighing compensation gains are different according to case

of motoring and regenerating due to frictional force of gear. So, when

regenerating(no-load), adjust load regeneration factor into 020AH(See Tab.3).

Tab.3) Adjusting regeneration gain

In case of reverse Adjusting regeneration gain

1.Case of reverse shock from opposite Increase regeneration load gain

direction while opening the brake (020A).

2.Case of reverse shock from straight Decrease regeneration load gain

※ Load regeneration factor is able to adjust within the range of 0H ~ 64H (0~100).

⑤ After adjusting is finished, check feeling of the car taken inside the car, and

verify starting shock if it is within reference value.

⑶ Case of no differential trans

※ In case of no differential trans, starting shock is compensated by 20%, 80% of

weighing device switch. So, perform in state of 20%, 80%, 110% device switch

adjusted.

① Make inside the car into no-load.

② Perform adjusting in middle floor.

- 125 -
③ Verify whether there is reverse shock by performing no-load DOWN running in

※ Adjusting weighing compensation is able to adjust within the range of

0H ~ 64H(0~100).

⑤ After adjusting is finished, check feeling of the car taken in car, and verify

starting shock if it is within reference value.

8) Adjusting chain compensation (Offset)

- 126 -
※ Adjusting chain compensation(Offset) has differential trans been

installed, but with no compensation chain & rope, and adjusting of item 7) is

finished starting shock must be over allowable value in other than middle floor

for operation.

※ Chain compensation must be performed only when compensation chain is not applied.

※ This must not be performed in 4th floor(heigth, 10 METER) or less.

⑴ Adjusting Low Zone Offset

① Make inside the car into no-load.

② For low zone measuring, do no=load DOWN from just above of bottom floor.

③ Increase low zone chain compensation[2] gain(0210H) by 1 until there is no

reverse shock from straight direction.

When adjusting, compensation value should not be too large(max. 0FH(16)), and

adjust from 0 by 1 in order).

④ After checking the feeling of car taken inside the car, adjust minutely in

method as ③.

⑵ Adjusting High Zone Offset

① Make inside the car into no-load.

② For high zone measuring, do no-load DOWN from just below of top floor.

③ Increase low zone chain compensation(0) gain(020CH) by 1 until there

is no reverse shock from opposite direction.

When adjusting, compensation value should not be too large(max.

0FH(16)), and adjust from 0 by 1 in order).

④ After checking the feeling of car taken inside the car, adjust minutely in

method as ③.

9) Adjusting POSI. levelled state- 127 -

※ Ready vibrometer and mini-light, and make inside the car into no-load.

① Door zone entering speed adjusting - Pgc_Gain(0212H)

A variable to adjust entering speed when entering to door zone(level before 125mm).

The more Pgc_Gain value is large, the more entering speed is low, and with

more small, the more high. When door zone entering speed is too high and too

low, vibration wave forms are generated as below.

According to above state, when entering speed is too high, increase

Pgc_Gain by 1, and when it is too low, decrease by 1.

② Adjusting speed command of level before 10mm - Inv_Linear_10(0202H)

Speed command value during level before 10mm is able to adjust within area of

0H~0FH. The more Hex value becomes large, speed command becomes larger. If value

of Inv_Linear_10 is large, following shock is generated in vibration wave form

as below. This time, observe vibration wave form during level before 10mm while

decreasing Inv_Linear_10 by 1. If decreased value is too large, positioning takes

a long time.

③ Adjusting going distance for position

- 128 levelling
- - Inv_Comp_Dist(0204H)
This is a going distance adjusting value for position level control, which is

able to adjust within the range of 0H~0FH. The more Hex value gets larger, going

distance increases. If value of Inv_Linear_10 is large, shock is generated as

below figure when brake closing. This time, observe vibration wave form while

decreasing value of Inv_Comp_Dist by 1.
