JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible for achieving and maintaining compliance
with the minimum CHED and Accreditation requirements
of the program:
2. Review periodically the curriculum along with the department
faculty;
3. Ensure that the syllabus of each course in the program is
fully implemented within the term;
4. Recommend the appointment of qualified faculty
members:
5. Convene regular and special departmental faculty
meetings
6. Schedule classes and assigns faculty-teaching load
7. Ensure that student grades are submitted on time by the
faculty
8. Supervise student evaluation of faculty:
 9. Monitor progress of the students;
10. Assert strategic leadership by spearheading strategic
planning and initiatives, including the development of programs
for training, research and extension of the
departments and
11. Fulfill other functions as may be assigned by the Dean.

JOB Education/License: Master's degree in the discipline being

SPECIFICATIONS handled or field of specialization

Work Experience: With at least three (3) years of work experience

as Clinical Coordinator.

Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates leadership, communication and

organizational skills.
