With the slogan “ONE DAY CAN CHANGE YOUR WHOLE LIFE,” we celebrate Global
Wellness Day on the second Saturday of June every year as an international day.

What is Wellness?
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware
of and making choices towards a healthy and Irrespective of a person’s age, size, shape or
fulfilling life. perceived attractiveness, it is wellness that is
the cornerstone of quality of life.

as your risk for serious health issues like a heart attack or stroke.

For people who eat non vegetarian food, you don’t have to go
vegetarian, just give it a break once-a-week.
If you eat less meat, you may lose weight and reduce your risk of
diabetes and cancer.
In addition to those serious health benefits, you will also feel that your
skin is glowing, and people around you will be happy.

Avoid Alcohol & Tobacco
Consuming too much alcohol can lead to serious health problems, not
to mention the mental disorders.
Too much of alcohol & tobacco can drastically affect behavior and lead
you to do things you will later regret.
