GENERAL OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson Students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Nail care and be able to
carry out the procedure.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson students should be able to:

3. Explain the requirements for Nail care.
4. Describe the procedure for Nail care.

INTRODUCTION
Today we are going to discuss and demonstrate on Nail care. We are going to discuss the principles,
indications, the requirements and the procedure for Nail care.
Nail care is one of the procedures carried out in the clinical area by nurses so as to keep the nails for the
client short and clean.

SUMMARY
