Foreword

Praise the presence of Allah SWT for all His blessings so that we can compile this paper
as well as possible. Paper entitled "Making Fried Banana" Arranged in order to fulfill one of the
tasks.

This paper contains how to make fried bananas. In its preparation it involved various
parties, both from within and from outside the school. I hope this paper can be a tool that helps
you in entrepreneurship.

That is what I can say, I hope you can take advantage of this paper.
1.1 BACKGROUND

Banana is a plant that is widely found in Indonesia, generally found in tropical and subtropical
areas. Banana is a fruit that is widely consumed both in fresh and processed form and bananas
and contains quite high nutritional value.

Indonesia is one of the largest banana producing countries in the world. Bananas produced in
Indonesia also have a quality taste and various types. The abundance of bananas in Indonesia
causes the low price of bananas in Indonesia. Banana (Musa paradisiaca) is a fruit that we often
encounter in everyday life. Banana fruit contains nutrients that are beneficial to the human body.
The energy content of bananas is an instant, readily available energy that provides caloric needs.

Management of bananas, which are usually made to drink, makes people bored of consuming
bananas, so that innovative banana preparations can increase people's consumption power which
is adjusted to the high nutritional value of bananas. Seeing this potential condition, bananas can
be used as a potential business base to be developed. The background of the establishment of this
business is closely related to the common interest or pleasure in the community for bananas. So
that makes us try to take advantage of independent businesses that will be run professionally.
The business that we will pioneer will innovate processed bananas, which are usually fried
normally, which will be given different flavors according to consumer tastes.

So I process fried bananas as a very profitable business because many people like fried bananas.
That makes a lot of profit.

1.3 PURPOSE

Writing this paper aims to answer the problems that occur in producing a processing activity.

1. provide an explanation of the fried banana business production system.

2. provide an explanation of how to calculate the break-even point for fried bananas.

Banana fried sand
TOOL:
 Frying
 Stove
 Spatula
 Spoon
 Knife
 Bowl / Place of Dough
 Plate

Material:
 10 kepok bananas, cut into 2 pieces without breaking
 5 tbsp flour
 1 tablespoon rice flour
 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
 A pinch of salt
 Enough air
 Panir to taste

How to make:
 Make one all dry ingredients, add enough air until it is the right thickness. Taste
test.
 Dip the banana in the dipping material then roll it into the flour.
 Heat the oil until it's really hot over medium heat.
 Fry in hot oil until cooked and golden yellow. Remove and serve.
