INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to this online training on Trainer’s Methodology Level I course for the Plan
Training session Module 1 . This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes in
identifying learners training requirements, plan training session, prepare instructional
materials, prepare assessment tools and organize teaching and learning resources.

Learning Outcome 3 : Prepare instructional materials (8 hours)

OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this learning outcome, you should be able to:

3.1 Prepare instructional materials that are focused on a key concept or idea related to
the work activity under consideration.
3.2 Prepare the text and illustrations that are clear, legible and appropriate to the trainees.
3.3 Make language, style and format of the materials are appropriate to the trainee’s
characteristics and needs
