Case Study: SAINT ANDREW COLLEGE: Little Things Means a lot

When I analyze this case study, Saint Andrew College asked for recommendation, to the dean of
the commerce department and said that there was a problem and this can be address with the creation of a
marketing unit that is essential for them to address that problem or in any kind of business. And if they do
that the result must in universal benefits firms operating in competitive markets that reduces a firm’s cost
and a result in a firm as a whole having a reduced level of marketing orientation. My opinion in this case,
it should be solved as soon as possible having a business you should have a plan of what problems you
might experience in your business. You should put yourself in a take risk manner. You should have an
annual marketing plan that helps you to set your marketing on the right course to make your company
business goal a reality. In that case they should have a conducting a situation analysis. It is possible to
consider their financial worries it is the counter part of a business if there is a business there is a financial
worries by the help in finance group. Marketing unit measurement can eradicate this kind of problem, it
can be helpful in terms of comparing the numbers of enrollees to the other school.

As indicated by Antevenio (2019), the marketing strategy is made by the office’s directors to
improve the university’s objective concerning UK understudy enrollment. Outreach and widening
participation action by supporting the Corporate Strategy. The business plans of the deans of faculty and
the goals of aspirants and a compliance associations. The technique have been invented to expand the
mindfulness about the university. Increment the comprehension of the organization and to build
commitment with the academe. This study analyze the marketing strategy of SAC University in recruiting
enrollees. It would help to create a perception of the students who are desire to enroll with this academe.
In this study perceived that they needing the so called manpower or connection for the quick fulfillment
of ventures. The more man power they have, they can move faster and can be easily finish all the task.

This study show that one of the register dean of commerce saying, the school is not a business firm
because the way of organization handle the school which means that the solution given was established
by a dean of that institution. It goes like computing the SAC number of enrollees to the other school
wherein the result goes bad, if that is will continue having a lowest number of students over a year the
school itself will not able to get its internal goal that can cause the fall down or closing the institution.
