Secondery air fan to be started in full mode with ID Fan

and ID Fan speed to be kept (- 30 mmwc )

MDT Inside cleaning and all inside stub to be clean with

10 High Pressure pump and special care of Explosion door
and MDT Vent and again box up

11 Dummy to be removed in furnace wash pump line

12 Trial taken of wash pump with SB No 16 and 17
13 Start Water Washing
14 Water Washing to be complete
15 Hearth Cleaning

MDT Man hole to be open and Box up

Primary and Secondery air port to be open for cooling

Recovery Boiler all peep hole and Manhole to be open

Boiler bank and Economiser area manhole to be open only in

between ( 6:30 am to 8:00 am )
MDT Vent ( + 18.50 M ) Manhole to be open and all demister
to be removed
Spout Shettring system to be open
Green Liquor Circulation system to be open including fish
nozzle and header
Furnace wash pump dummy to be removed
Fans air heater manhole to be open
Description

Connecting pipe in between primary and secondery air

ducting with 300 NB Valve and Flange and spectable dummy

Primary and Secondery air port NRV to be attended

All Six Firing gun shaddle to be set right
Cascade inlet pipe ( 150 NB ) to be extended up to cascade
bottom
Cascade no 2 Leakage from Bottom
Oil to be poured in Gear box and Fluid Drive
ID Fan coupling to be changed
Bird Screen to be provide in all fan silensor
Secondery air fan silensor to be modified
Furnace door to be repaired or chandef with new one at + 4.50
M Floor
Indirect Heater no 2 ( 50 NB ) Gate valve to be changed with
new one

Two 40 NB NRV to be provide in Feed Pump Sealing System

FV 1026A Feed Pump Control valve Body Change over job

Flange leakage in top of dearator it to be change but only

spiral gasket
LP and MP Main header gasket to be chanded
LP and MP Orifice gasket leakage
Indiect heater condensate out let line leakage from bend
( Bend to be change )
Two 25 NB Valve to be provide in indirect heater condensate
out let line

Both air heater condensate out let system to be checked

All Six Firing gun Shattering to be cut clean and again fitted
back and if required to be change with new one

Spout Shower connecting pipe to be cut , cleaned and fitted

back
Condensate transfer line leakage at (+4.50 M)
Two Valve 40 NB and 80 NB to be provide in Condensate
Header at + 4.50 M

Boiler firing door no 2 and 5 Side plate is in damaged

condition it to be changed with Specific MOC

Riser air vent line leakage
RHS and LHS Side Gauge Glass Air ports leakage
Two 15 NB Valve to be provide in Condensate tank
TV 1075 25 NB Valve is Pass to be Changed
