administered and accessible for all employees to complete onboarding training
o Created and presented leadership training material for over 70 student managers and coordinators by educating them
on expectations and essential skills to be used in their positions as student leaders

o Developed program meetings and workshops for 100 members to increase program involvement by coordinating
