Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter is to confirm that Rajsekhar Uddandam, an employee of AVCO Consulting Inc, is
providing services to our company as SAG WebMethods. These services will be performed at
our location at 2325 Lakeview Pkwy #700, Alpharetta, GA 30009. This project is ongoing and
long term, with possible extensions. We require Rajsekhar Uddandam’s professional services for
the entire duration of the project.

About our Project:

This project is mainly focus on the integration with different 3rd party vendors using SAG
Webmethods tool. Create B2B transactions in order to send the information to the external
systems using trading networks by SAG webmethods tool.

As a SAG WebMethods Rajsekhar Uddandam’s job duties include:

 Designing & Analysis (10%)

o Working on Designing, analysis, and implementation of WebMethods
integrations between Apple online store application and Webmethods and
webmethods to Apple Online store application.
o Designing and documenting the exiting integration applications in webmethods
such as Rogers, Apple EDI, Loner, Freedom Mobiles, Sprint Mobiles,T-Mobiles.
o Currently working on Creating and designing architectural diagrams for Sprint
BBTI and T-Mobile.

 Development (30 %)
o Developing and creating MFT events in webmethods to process the data from one
application to other.
o Developing and creating an integration with applications like Apple, HITS,
Loaner, BBTI, Rogers etc.
o Developing Integrations on webmethods 10.1 and 10.5 versions.
o Developing Web Services using Webmethods 10x and created XSD and WSDL
development
o Using tools like Webmethods Designer, Broker, Integration Server, trading
networks, My WebMethods Server, API Gateway server On Daily basis we have
a team meeting regarding project status and clarifications on any roadblocks in the
project, Deployer, Adapters (JDBC, JMS, etc.) for development
o Currently developing Java services in webmethods for the process flow.

o Developing B2B integration with Trading Networks in webmethods for EDI and
EDIINT transactions On Daily basis we have a team meeting regarding project
status and clarifications on any roadblocks in the project

 Webmethods Support (40%)

o Currently Supporting Large number of applications integrations with webmethods

for existing projects
o Currently Resolving the incidents tickets (Issues) in production environments.
o Supporting large number of webmethods instances(servers) which runs on AWS.
 Meetings with Clients (10%)
o On Daily basis we have a team meeting regarding project status and clarifications
on any roadblocks in the project.
o Gathering as much as information and requirements from the client requirements
for the project on webmethods integrations.

 Meetings with offshore Team (10%)

o On Daily basis we have a team meeting with my offshore team regarding the work
need to be done and to know the status of all the pending issues and tickets on
webmethods

This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, any Bachelor’s degree in or
a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s
degree in one of the aforementioned subjects. Rajsekhar Uddandam is a qualified professional
for the offered position.

Please note that we do not have any contractual relationship with Rajsekhar Uddandam, Avco
Consulting Inc employer, retains the right to control and neither the end client, Brightstar, nor the
vendor, Compunnel Inc has any ability to assign the beneficiary to a different employer.

Avco Consulting Inc shall, for all purposes, function as Rajsekhar Uddandam’s employer and is
responsible for all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, supervision, compensation,
necessary insurance, and any additional employee benefit and/or immigration related matters, in
accordance with the relevant Federal and/or State laws, regulations, or rules. Rajsekhar
Uddandam is not an employee of our organization, and his employer will retain the right to
control over his assignments, salary, benefits and supervision at all times.        

We confirm that Avco Consulting Inc has the sole and exclusive authority to exercise “employer-
employee” control over Rajsekhar Uddandam.
