DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed by and between:

JUSTO JENIE B. LIM, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of

4471 Scarlet St., Sun Valley, City of Paranaque, hereinafter
referred to as the “ASSIGNOR”;

- and -

MEDITH N. LIM, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of 4471

Scarlet St., Sun Valley, City of Paranaque, hereinafter
referred to as the “ASSIGNEE”,

Witnesseth;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the registered owner of three (3) motor vehicles
mortgaged to Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co., and more particularly described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEE who is listed as co-borrower in the Chattel Mortgages is

the real and beneficial owner of said vehicles and she in fact pays for the monthly
amortizations of the loans secured by said chattel mortgages;
 WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has decided to return and reconvey ownership of the
said vehicles to ASSIGNEE;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, ASSIGNOR

does hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the ASSIGNEE the aforementioned
three (3) motor vehicles.

The ASSIGNEE does hereby accept this assignment and shall continue assuming
the payment of the monthly amortizations with the METROPOLITAN BANK & TRUST CO.
of the three motor vehicles including interests.
