Submission details

Report on the financial outcomes of the project and to summarise the financial
issues that arose in order to take into account for future projects.
Project Description
The landscaping project has been successfully completed. The client is relatively
happy. The project manager is happy. Everyone is starting to consider the next
project. Create a checklist of all the activities done to signify financial completion
of the project. Complete a final costing of the project for forwarding to Oz Market
Consulting and finally conduct a project outcome review.

1. Was the project cost effective?
Yes
2. Did the processes used to manage the costs on the project prove to be efficient?
Yes. I could predict an accurate timeline for the project, and also pre-book dates
and lock in quotes from contractors, due to the use of all information given ti
the project.
3. How could you improve the processes used to ensure a better outcome on the
next project?
By keeping a clear communication with stakeholders, by looking for more
specific qualified professionals.
4. Any other improvements you would recommend?
Avoid unexpected deliveries, using local products and native plants.
Task 3:
Using the data collected create a recommendation report that shows how to make
improvements for the next project.
- Confirm scheduling with all deliveries and suppliers with advance;
- Make sure the weather will be favorable for work;
- Keep records and keep forecast of budget;
- Meetings are important and enlightening, so keep weekly meetings.
- Maintain the same contractors and suppliers, it may reduce costs.
