1. Qualifications (Talent Search) OPEN to all amateurs:
• At least 14 to 24 years old
• Male, female, or groups (up to 5 members only)
• Non-title holder/s.
Talents (any on list below):
« Singing « Dancing « Baton exhibition « Acoustic
Band« Acrobats « Acting « Declamation « etc.
2. Qualifications (Bituen ti Ilocos- Beauty & Brains) OPEN
to all amateurs:
• At least 18 to 27 years old
• Female with pleasing personality
• Non-title holder.
Entry requirements:
• Filled-out official entry form
• Parent’s consent /signature for contestants below 18 y.o.
• Latest photo of contestant/s
• All needed props, music, costume, etc. for contest
• Registration fee of P1,000. (equivalent to 4 SPONSOR
tickets of P500 each worth a total of P2,000).
Talent Search Requirement & Criteria for Judging:
1. Formal attire for introduction (20%)
2. Costume for 2-3 minute talent (50%)
