SD7D ON Error: Point of Detection Application
[Meaning] SD7D does not operate at the bottom floor. [Actions to take]
※ To prevent any possible clash accidents caused by forced reduction
function not working at bottom floor on account of any ON errors such 1. Check wiring network for LIMIT S/W
as SD7D deposition, etc. - Check for bad connection of MIC and signal voltage
[Diagram] << S/W SKELETON >> 2. Check the operation of input buffer
ERR_EEPROM_FHT_SUMERR_NVRAM_FHT_SUM Err_Digital_Floor FAST_RUN_COMMAND
- Verify if voltage changes from 48V to 0V at the operation of SD7D.
- Check the address value from NVRAM READ MODE of Ann.
(Refer to H/W SKELETON)
(Normally, 0xFF should be changed into x00 at the operation of
POWER_READY_T ZONE_135MM LDC IS_CDS D1 IS_SD7D(ADDR:0x500D))
S - For 180 or more m/min, refer to H/W SKELETON drawing (3X02228
I/O C.[2])
D1 *Logical_Current_Floor =1 Equ_Sds_Tot_No & SDS7 BIT OR(SD7D) tmp_TXSDSR
check_off_history(XSD7D) = TRUE
3. Check any bend of LIMIT S/W CAM
tmp_TXSDR = TXSDSR tmp_TXSDR & SD7D - Visually check LIMIT S/W CAM for any bend
TCD 106 - Verify if roller does not deviate from the CAM when cage is
fluctuated right and left within car.
