1. This document provides troubleshooting steps for a "TCD - 089 C1ST CTT OFF DEFECT" issue.
2. The steps include checking the power status of components C110 and P48, the connection of the C1ST coil and auxiliary contacts, and the C1ST operation and auxiliary circuits.
3. Additional steps check the TCD88 and TCD89 by turning the C1ST on or off by force and monitoring input buffers to diagnose potential issues with the DOR-230 PCB or C1ST component itself.

Point of Application ● DI120-150 Detection ○ Speed CPU ● DI180-420 [Meaning] [Actions to take] When C1ST does not turn OOFF within 500ms after C1ST OFF command is outputted from Run CPU. 1. Check the power status of C110 and P48.
2. Check C1ST coil and auxiliary contact for screw
connection status. Check the connection status of RC connected to C1ST coil body.

If there’s no changes found, try replacing DOR-230 PCB. Refer to 3x02227, I/O C[1] 2)If input signal is normal, DOR-230 PCB output buffer P48 GD48 may be inferior. RCA-08 DOR-230 3)If the problem exists even after replacing PCB, it may C1ST C IS_C1ST be coming from C1ST self defect. 13 14 0x501F INA-15 6. Check TCD89.
Perform check by the opposite way of above item 5.
If TCD89 occurs even though C1ST OFF operation is normal, try increasing OFF DELAY TIMER value above 500ms. If TCD89 does not occurs by this action, C1ST OFF’s characteristic inferior.
