SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, SHAWN PETER RAUL MENDES, a Singer-Songwriter from Pickering L1V 0A1, Ontario,
Canada do hereby name, constitute, and appoint ATTY. CHRISTIAN MENDOZA
BORREGA, CPA, MBA of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Sitio Tupay Barangay
San Juan Taytay, Rizal Philippines to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me, in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following:

(a) To administer, manage, oversee, sell, convey, mortgage and/or encumber my house and lot
located at Pickering L1V 0A1, Ontario, Canada;

(b) To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document or instrument necessary in carrying out into
effect the power and authority granted; and

(c) Any legal matters with concern to my property, if any.

I hereby giving the authority to my attorney-in-fact, the full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the above-mentioned
purposes under my name, do fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.

The power of the attorney is effective upon execution and can be revoked anytime by me and
automatically revoked upon my death.
